We created this headband for the little "ghoul" who wants a touch of sparkle. A wisp of black netting floats behind two fabric rosettes. The black rosette has a little bit of sparkle and is centered with a black jewel. The orange rosette has a black sparkly button. They rest on a super soft, stretchy headband.
